Hotel revenue,
rebuilt with AI.
I’m a revenue manager who builds with AI. I take the reports, forecasts, and routines that eat up hours every week and turn them into clear visuals and automated workflows, so decisions get made faster.

// MY STORY
Where revenue meets code
I work in hotel revenue management, where I own the pickup report: the daily view of how many room nights and how much revenue we’ve picked up against what we expected. It’s the report a team opens first thing every morning.
For a long time that report lived in a dense spreadsheet. It worked, but it was hard to read at a glance and slow to maintain. So I started rebuilding it to be more visual, and used AI to speed up the analysis and the commentary around it.
That experiment changed how I work. Revenue skills tell me which questions matter. AI skills let me answer them faster, and automate the parts nobody enjoys. This site is where I share what I’m building and what I’m learning along the way.
Today, I’m focused on deploying autonomous agentic workflows that turn raw PMS exports into executive-ready morning briefs before the day even starts. I’m always open to collaborating with forward-thinking operators looking to modernize their commercial stack.
How I got here
A path from the revenue desk to building with AI.
2022
Learning the fundamentals
Started on the front line of hotel reservations and inventory management—learning how distribution channels connect, where yield slips through the cracks, and why speed matters in room pricing.
2024
Owning the numbers
Took ownership of the pickup report and the daily rhythm of pace, pricing, and forecast reviews.
2025
Discovering AI
Started using AI to speed up analysis and commentary, and saw how much routine reporting could be automated.
Now
Building and sharing
Rebuilding reports as visual dashboards, creating AI workflows, and documenting the process on this site.
My toolkit
Two skill sets that work better together.
REVENUE
What I know
The commercial side: reading demand, and knowing which numbers should change a decision.
AI
What I build
The technical side: turning repetitive work into reliable, automated workflows.
How I work
Three principles behind everything I build.
01
Start with the decision
Every report should answer a real question. If it doesn’t change a decision, it doesn’t belong.
02
Make it visual
The right chart beats a wall of numbers. People act faster on what they can see at a glance.
03
Automate the repetitive
Let AI handle the routine, so more time goes to judgment, strategy, and conversations.
Let’s build something smarter
Working on a revenue report, a forecast, or an AI workflow? I’d like to hear about it.
